I have been attending feel good fitness now for a couple of months and i thoroughly enjoy it week on week. I feel like I get a lot of one to one support as well as peer support. Debbie targets every area of the body and explains all the different activities in a clear and easy to follow manner. Every week it varies and I feel at the end of a training session I have had a good workout. As a result it is supporting me in my weight loss journey and helping to tone me up. I would highly recommend anyone of any age and ability to come along for some fun.
